     All stories shown on this website will come with a content warning to indicate what material will be seen as well as a rough age range that we believe is best suited for each story.  This is for the benefit of our readers and viewers so that they can make informed decisions on what stories are appropriate for themselves or their loved ones.  While we hope that our stories have a wide appeal, we understand that some content (such as violence or frightening scenarios) is not for everyone.

     Stories necessitate certain things like drama, peril, suffering and loss.  All of our works will contain these elements to certain degrees.  If some are uncomfortable with them, we understand and respect that perspective.  But understand that these elements are included for a reason.  We believe that goodness shines more brightly when contrasted with darkness.  While there are elements that will certainly be dark and possibly inappropriate for very young people, we do not condone nor encourage such material.  Instead, we encourage virtue, which often manifests in times of great villainy.

     Ascendent Creations is catered to slightly older audiences.  While some venues cater to very young children, we believe that there should be wholesome content for adolescents and young adults.  So, the youngest age group for our stories would be ten years old.
